Bulleit Distillery

The Bulleit Distilling Co. was founded in 1987 by Tom Bulleit, who revived his family’s high-rye bourbon recipe. Inspired by that bold, distinctive tradition, Bulleit Bourbon delivers a signature high-rye character that has made it a favorite among bartenders and whiskey enthusiasts alike. In 2011, Bulleit Rye, a straight rye whiskey, was added to the portfolio to critical acclaim. Since then, the brand has continued to expand its range with award-winning and boundary-pushing expressions. At its state-of-the-art distillery in Shelbyville, KY, opened in 2017 and since emerging as a key stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, Bulleit brings its frontier spirit to life through a modern, technological, and sustainable approach to whiskey-making. As a testament to its commitment to quality, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey was recognized at the 2024 TAG Global Spirits Awards, earning a Gold Medal for Bulleit Bourbon and a Double Gold Medal for Bulleit Rye.

Castle and Key Distillery

Founded in 1887 by Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr., Castle & Key was built on the belief that great spirits are shaped by place and hospitality. Today, our spirits continue to draw their character from the homeplace, crafted on-site, and rooted in history.

Castle & Key was built on the belief that great spirits are meant to bring people together, rooted in a place where hospitality has always come first. What began as a once-forgotten distillery has been carefully brought back to life, honoring the past while making space for new stories to unfold. Today, every bottle, garden path, and gathering reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, patience, and time well spent with others.

Set on the historic site of the Old Taylor Distillery, Castle & Key produces premium bourbon, rye, gin, and vodka in a place designed for gathering. Every detail, from our castle and grounds to our bottles and hand-crafted spirits, brings artistry to life.

Castle & Key’s mission is to restore and reimagine a tradition that began on these grounds over 140 years ago: bourbon as an act of hospitality.
